OAK:Foundations started out as a series of essays exploring the hidden meanings of the Nordic Runes. The Nordic Runes were one of the earliest forms of writing and each rune symbolized a concept or personal value. I felt that these concepts had to be very intense, simple and visceral in nature.

They were intended to guide the Nordic people through life in a noble and effective way that was very simple and clear. As these essays developed they turned into a very nitty-gritty and powerful way of looking at life. These combined with the material on developing charisma and the energy ball meditation give a solid foundation to self empowerment and personal advancement in life.

This is perhaps the most sought after material that I have written.
